     Bookkeeper

exists to join our Head
Office       Accounting
Team and suitably ex-
perienced candidates
are invited to apply by
no later than 12th Feb-
ruary 2010
Key performance are-
as:
 * Processing of the
cash book, receipts,
journals and all group
payments via internet
& cheque
 * Reconciliation       of
cash books, general
ledger & supplier ac-
counts
 * Supervision of small
team in absence of Fi-
nancial Manager
 * Produce      monthly
management accounts

We require:
 * At least 5 years ex-
perience in bookkeep-
ing position
 * Sound knowledge of
debtors & creditors
 * Sound knowledge of
Pastel and Microsoft
Excel

and supervisory skills
 * Previous Hotel expe-
rience an advantage
